That is exactly where the company’s name comes from (in Spanish, locuras sensatas means “sensible madness”):
We believe that making a dream come true is always a sensible kind of madness — and when you strike that balance, it is wonderful.
So how are we different? In every way.
We don’t come from this world but from a very orderly, disciplined one. We do things as if they were our own, or for ourselves, and we look after every detail with the highest standards.
We don’t build in bulk: only detached family homes (never apartment blocks), and we choose each project with care to give it that distinctive touch.
